Following Asian Aerospace’s decision to bring forward its exhibition dates in 2011 from September to 8-10 March 2011 – less than four weeks prior to Aircraft Interiors Expo 2011 taking place in Hamburg – it has been decided that Aircraft Interiors Expo Asia will not form part of Asian Aerospace again.

Aircraft Interiors Expo is very much viewed as THE main global marketplace for attracting airline interiors buyers from around the world as such it consistently appeals to the major Asian airlines (27 attended in 2009) as much as it does to European, American and other international carriers.

The event’s location in Hamburg is an important part of this successful formula as it is such an important global aviation hub. The Aircraft Interiors Expo team will continue to encourage attendance in Hamburg from key interiors buyers from airlines from around the world each year. However we also recognise that – as a region – Asia has major growth potential and is an area of strategic importance to suppliers so we will continue to monitor exhibitor and visitor needs in this region and will respond to them in the most appropriate way.
